Project Description
project description
Inkluzia.ge is a sophisticated EdTech SaaS designed for Georgian special educators. It automates the transition from raw student assessments to complex academic grids and Individual Education Plans (IEP), reducing weeks of manual paperwork to minutes of structured digital workflow.
THE STORY
The Challenge: Breaking the Bureaucratic Barrier In the Georgian inclusive education system, specialists face a massive administrative burden. Preparing a single student's cognitive and academic skill grid—a prerequisite for any Individual Education Plan (IEP)—historically took weeks or even months of manual documentation. This manual process wasn't just slow; it was fragmented, making team collaboration and data consistency nearly impossible.
The Vision: A Digital "Saw" for Paperwork The goal was to create a digital ecosystem where the specialist’s expertise is amplified, not replaced. I envisioned a pipeline where a structured assessment (a 270+ question quiz) could instantly generate high-fidelity grids. But a "one-size-fits-all" template doesn't work in education; every grade and subject requires a unique structure.
To solve this, I collaborated with top Georgian special educators to map out every logic-table for every grade level, ensuring the AI-generated drafts were pedagogicaly sound and legally compliant with school standards.
OUR APPROACH
Engineering a Robust SaaS Ecosystem The development focused on high performance, data integrity, and seamless collaboration. Instead of a simple CRUD app, I built a multi-layered automation platform:
Automated Intelligence: Developed a custom pipeline that processes assessment data through an AI agent to generate classroom-ready IEP drafts.
Real-time Collaboration: Integrated Firebase Realtime Database for an invitation-based sharing system, allowing specialists to securely grant access to specific student profiles to subject teachers.
Scalable Infrastructure: Built on Next.js and Firebase, the platform features a credit-based billing system (integrated with PayPal) that enforces usage limits and handles idempotent payments on the backend.
Enterprise-Grade UI/UX: Designed a clean, distraction-free interface localized for Georgian educators, featuring high-contrast light/dark modes for long working sessions.
The Result Inkluzia.ge successfully transforms a tedious manual process into a streamlined, professional experience. It’s not just a tool; it’s a production-ready workspace that allows educators to focus on the student, while the system handles the documentation.
